Run a fleet service shop and needed a lift that could handle medium-duty pickups and cargo vans. The Katool KT-4H110 has been rock solid for daily commercial use. CE certification gives peace of mind about the safety standards.
The KT-4H110 lifts what it says it will lift and the safety features are solid. Cosmetic finish is clearly budget compared to premium brands. For commercial use where function matters, the trade-off is acceptable.
Service a mixed fleet including F-350s, Sprinter vans, and box trucks. The 11,000 lb capacity handles all of them. The 84 inch max lift height gives real stand-up room underneath for exhaust and driveline work.
Lift itself does what it should. Freight delivery was problematic and support was slow to resolve issues. Once installed it has worked reliably. Would rate higher if the buying and setup experience were smoother.
Had to address a hydraulic fitting weep and a bolt that came loose in the first 50 hours. Once sorted the lift has worked. Customer service was slow to respond. For the price it's an okay commercial purchase.
